After sending a specified number of emails using one smtp account, it automatically shifts to the next smtp account. For eg. if you are using a gmail smtp or an AOL smtp account, there is a limitation of 50 emails per day per account. So if you add 1000 AOL Accounts or gmail accounts, you can send 50*1000=50,000 emails per day all at a single click.
